Terms and Conditions and Camping Rules
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Your chalet or mobile home will be ready for you from 3:00 PM, and your pitch from 12:00 PM.
On the day of departure, please vacate your chalet or mobile home by 10:00 AM and your pitch or tent by 11:00 AM. If you wish to use the booked accommodation in our facility for a longer period, please contact our reception team in advance. Please note that additional fees may apply for extended use.
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION
CAMPING
For bookings at the standard rate, no deposit is required. The credit card provided serves only as a security guarantee.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
High season: (July 20 – August 25, 2024 and December 21, 2024 – January 6, 2025)
- Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival.
- Within 3 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booked service.
Low season:
- Free cancellation up to the day of arrival.
CHALET / MOBILE HOME
For bookings at the standard rate, a deposit of 35% of the booked service is required. The deposit will be charged to the provided credit card on the first day after the free cancellation period ends. Once charged, the reservation is guaranteed and the following cancellation conditions apply:
High season: (July 20 – August 25, 2024, December 21, 2024 – January 6, 2025, and February 1 – 23, 2025)
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
- Within 14 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booked service.
Low season:
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
- Within 7 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booked service.
PREPAYMENT RATE
The full amount, excluding local tax and final cleaning, must be transferred to our bank account or charged to your credit card by us.
In the event of cancellation, no-show, or changes, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booked service. No refunds will be provided.
OPENING HOURS
Reception:
- Low season: 08:00 – 12:00
- High season: 08:00 – 17:00
Restaurant:
- Variable depending on the season
DOGS
Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.
The fee for bringing a dog is €5 per dog per night on the campsite and €18 in chalets and mobile homes.
Please note that dogs are only allowed in designated areas and must always be on a leash. Dog waste bags are provided by the campsite.
WINTER INCLUSIONS
Chalets (standard occupancy 2 people):
- Parking space on the campsite (chalet area is car-free; access only on arrival and departure)
- Electricity, WiFi
- Use of sauna and Tauernbad Mallnitz spa (children from 12 years)
- Local ski bus, ski bus to Mölltal Glacier
- 1 snowshoe hike: see notice board, during high season
- As an Alpine Pearls partner, a train station shuttle to and from HOCHoben is guaranteed
Mobile Homes (standard occupancy 2 adults):
- Parking space, electricity, water, WiFi
- Use of sauna and Tauernbad Mallnitz spa (children from 12 years)
- Local ski bus, ski bus to Mölltal Glacier
- 1 snowshoe hike: see notice board, during high season
- Train station shuttle as above
Pitches (standard occupancy 2 adults):
- Pitch for caravan or motorhome, parking for 1 car
- Pitch for max. 1 additional tent
- 5 kWh/day electricity, standard WiFi
- Use of sauna and Tauernbad Mallnitz spa (children from 12 years)
- Local ski bus, ski bus to Mölltal Glacier
- 1 snowshoe hike: see notice board, during high season
SUMMER INCLUSIONS
Chalets (standard occupancy 2 people):

- Free hiking bus to Obervellach for Erlebnisbad, Groppensteinschlucht, Flattach to Raggaschlucht and Mölltal Glacier

- Local tax/person/day: €2.70 from 18 years
- WiFi: standard WiFi is free; high-performance (Business) WiFi available for a fee
- Electricity: 5 kWh/day included; additional kWh €0.70
NON-SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited in all public and enclosed areas. Designated areas are available for smokers.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance at the time of booking to cover all cancellation costs due to accident, illness, or death of the insured, children, parents, or grandparents. Written confirmation is required.
PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay your invoice in cash (EUR), by EC card, or by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners, American Express).
PITCH REQUEST
We cannot guarantee a specific location within a category (applies only to tent pitches). Variations from images or layouts may occur.
CAMPING RULES
The following rules are part of our terms and conditions and ensure a peaceful stay:
- Register at the reception before entering the campsite with an ID or passport.
- All pitches are numbered; boundaries must be respected. The campsite operator determines boundaries in case of dispute.
- Drive at walking speed (max. 10 km/h) on the campsite. Watch out for children.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
- Cars not allowed; motorcycles only with engine off.
- Entry/exit not allowed during quiet hours.
- Violations may lead to immediate eviction.
- Pets: Dogs allowed on designated areas for a fee, must be supervised, leashed, and not enter sanitary facilities. Owners must remove waste immediately. Aggressive/warning dogs not allowed.
- Sanitary facilities: Maintain hygiene, children under 10 must be accompanied by adults.
- Pitch maintenance / electricity / wastewater:
- Keep the pitch clean. Grilling allowed only with suitable equipment. Open fires forbidden.
- 5 kWh/day included; extra €0.70/kWh.
- Wastewater disposal outside designated areas prohibited.
- Help preserve the lawn; remove mats.
- Chem. toilet disposal available in main building sanitary area.
- Valuables not insured; no liability for loss/damage.
- No tree/shrub cutting or unauthorized modifications.
- Visitors must register and may stay until 9:30 PM; after 10 PM, they must register and pay the nightly fee.
- Visitor parking is in the southeast area of the campsite.
- Children must be supervised by adults at all times. Ball games are prohibited between tents and on roads.
- Waste disposal: Separate waste into glass, paper, residual, and organic. No dumping of bulky waste.
- Pitches must be vacated by 11:00 AM on departure day.
- Settlement: To avoid delays, pay fees the day before departure if possible.
- Violations of these rules may result in immediate eviction; the campsite operator reserves the right to claim damages.
